Soon the Proxy Maintainer project will launch, along with a new Treecleaners and new herd (still yet unannounced to anyone save Kloeri and Christel). I’m still working on design issues for these two (basically new) projects. The old Treecleaners will probably die.

Another pet project in the works is here, which is working up to be a sort of…ticket place. You submit a troubleshooting ticket and one of our ace support people look at it. It will remain free for the time being (it is a personal project of mine staffed right now by myself and #gentoo-op volunteers). Depending on it’s traffic and usefulness I may change it or charge for quicker service or complicated issues; I really have no idea yet. I can pretty much guarantee a level of free service on it however (god knows the #gentoo-op folks would kill me if I was charging and they didn’t get any unless all the profits went to the Gentoo Foundation or something). Anyway it’s still pretty new and has some design issues as well. Hopefully over the holiday i will fix it up and really ‘release’ it.
